Lecture 1:

ð     French was ready to invade Germany.

ð     Germany was nervous

ð     Germany was starting to form as a big country at that time, so they were nervous.

ð     They had 3 alliances,

ð     Tense moment began to grow between French and Germany.

ð     They both argue over Morocco.

ð     Germany wanted to expand.

ð     Britain was worried because Germany has started to expand.

ð     Franz Ferdinand married Sophie

ð     The Black hand all had TBC

ð     Austria blames assassination

ð     Russia had promised protection to Serbia

ð     Germany hears about Russia that it was preparing so Germany prepared war.

ð     Britain mobilizes its fleet

ð     Germany declares war on France.

ð     Britain and. France declared war

Lecture 2:

ð     French was ready to invade Germany, that’s why Germany was nervous.

ð     There were cold war between US and Rusia in 1945

ð     In the early 1990s when the Soviet Union collapse, the cold war ends.

ð     Austria blames assassination on Serbia country

ð     Austria attacked Serbia.

ð     Russia promised protection to Serbia.

ð     Britain mobilizes its fleet of warships.

ð     Germany hears about Russians, Persians, so they declare war.

Lecture 3:

·      The domino effect is a chain reaction that occurs when a small change causes a similar change nearby, which then causes another similar change, and so on in linear sequence.

·      It all started in Serbia, when a politician declares independence, Bosnia and Sarajevo declared war.

·      The war involved several factions.
